Make Your Own Locket Display — Origami Owl

So, I've been looking for a good way to display some of my Living Lockets by Origami Owl.
Today, I came up with this (instructions below image):

What you will need:
> a piece of foam, about 4 inches tall x 11 inches wide (floral styrofoam would also probably do the trick)
> floral wire
> a hot glue gun
> rope or yarn in the color of your choice

I was lucky enough to have all of these things lying around the house, which is how I came up the idea. I started by wrapping the rope around all four sides of the mid-section of the foam. I went in circles around the foam using a hot glue gun, and then pressing the rope against the foam.

Once all of that foam I covered, I began to glue the rope to the top and bottom of the foam. I started on the outside and worked the rope in a circle until it was covered.

And finally, I put about 4 inches of floral wire through the loop of the locket and bent it evenly. Then, I pushed the two end pieces of the wire directly into the foam. I shook the foam around a bit and everything stayed nice and sturdy.

This took me about an hour to make. And the best part is that I can pull out the wire and switch out the lockets, move them around, or add more later. I like how it makes it easy to compare the sizes. I'm waiting for my rose gold locket to arrive so I can replace a silver one with it.

You can display it on a table or pass it around for everyone to see, without getting fingerprints all over the lockets.

I also ended up using the floral wire to hang some of the tags and dangles on the jewelry wheel in the background. Not all of the dangles have an open/close feature, so this way, I was able to hang everything for viewing.
